We’re thrilled to have Camp Coletrain at the Moab Folk Festival this year, bringing a special experience for young musicians!
Professional instructors from Coletrain Music Academy will host a free interactive kid’s activity inside the festival Nov. 8th & 9th, open to all Ballfield ticket holders. Perfect for all kids, this immersive zone - featuring Camp Coletrain’s festy 1972 VW Bus - invites children to get up close with a fleet of string and percussion instruments. With guidance from the Coletrain team, kids can explore, strum, bow, and experiment - building confidence, curiosity, and joy in a playful, hands-on environment infused with the vibrant energy of the festival. On the south side of the ballfield, look for Coletrain's vintage 1972 VW Tour Bus!
Each day will also include a collaborative family jam and sing-along, a watercolor art station, and a book nook - creating a welcoming space for families to connect through music and community.
