at Moab Folk Festival!

We’re thrilled to have Camp Coletrain returning to the Moab Folk Festival this year, bringing another special experience for young musicians!

Professional instructors from Coletrain Music Academy will host a free interactive kid’s activity inside the festival Nov. 7th & 8th, open to all Ballfield ticket holders. Perfect for all kids, this immersive zone - featuring Camp Coletrain’s festy 1972 VW Bus - invites children to get up close with a fleet of string and percussion instruments. With guidance from the Coletrain team, kids can explore, strum, bow, and experiment - building confidence, curiosity, and joy in a playful, hands-on environment infused with the vibrant energy of the festival. On the south side of the ballfield, look for Coletrain's vintage 1972 VW Tour Bus!

Each day will also include a collaborative family jam and sing-along, a watercolor art station, and a book nook - creating a welcoming space for families to connect through music and community.
