FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERS
Our list is full — we are no longer taking volunteer
applications for this year.

The dedication of our volunteers is an essential part of making this festival successful. We hope you will be able to join our group of terrific volunteers for this year’s Moab Folk Festival!

• Our volunteers receive free entrance to Festival concerts, a Festival T-shirt, and admittance to our thank-you party, but we want to be sure you know the following things about attendance:
• There is plenty of space at the Ball Field, so there are no limitations on volunteer attendance.
  All volunteers are welcome at the High School. However, if there is a large crowd, please make sure ticket holders get seats before you do (there is plenty of standing room).
• Because of the limited seating at Star Hall, only the volunteers who work at that venue are allowed there.

There is a list of volunteer shifts on the sign-up form below. On that form, please:

• Check only shifts that you can definitely work
• Add any notes that will be helpful

Please sign up for two shifts. We will accommodate your preferences as best we can, but please understand that scheduling must depend on how many people we have to cover all of our positions.

Please return the sign-up form as soon as possible, and no later than October 1. We will start to assign shifts as soon as forms are received, so the earlier we hear from you the better chance you have of getting your desired shifts. We have a limited number of volunteer positions, so we’ll start a stand-by list when positions are filled.

We’ll be holding a training meeting about each venue. At those meetings we’ll give you specific information about each type of volunteer job (for example, set up at Star Hall or ticket sales at the High School). These meetings are tentatively scheduled for the week starting October 20.
