Hello! Thank you for advertising with the Moab Folk Festival. Our rates are listed below. To secure advertising space in our 8.5” x 10.75” full color glossy program, please download the advertising agreement (PDF). One copy of the agreement is for your files, the other is for Festival organizers.

Ad materials can be submitted in the following formats: Ads can be submitted as .eps (with all supporting files and graphics), .pdf, .tif, or high-res .jpg files. For best results, send .eps and pdf files via postal mail. E-mailed or uploaded files should be .tif or high-res .jpg. Materials should be sent to Canyonlands Copy Center with the following label: 2008 MOAB FOLK FESTIVAL PROGRAM AD. Please contact Canyonlands Copy Center at 435-259-8431 for submission information (ftp upload, email, mail, etc). Materials should be clearly labeled with company name and contact information. All copy and art work must be received complete by August 1, 2008. VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION
Hello! Thank you for your interest in presenting your artwork, wares or services at the 2007 Moab Folk Festival. Please review the vendor information outlined below. To apply for booth space, please fill out and submit the enclosed Vendor Booth application —there are two copies: one for your files, and the other for festival organizers. To apply for booth space, please download and submit the Vendor Booth application and Liability Release Form(PDF). For Food Service Vendors, download the Food Service Permit application and Liability Release Form Vendor Assignments and Set Up/Breakdown Info General Information The cost for a booth is $125.00. No additional commission charges will be levied. DEADLINE for applications is September 1, 2008. A 10% discount will be given to all vendor applications made by July 31, 2008. All vendors will receive a gratis listing on our Festival Vendors program page. All booths are 10’x10’, no structure, covering or electricity is provided. The construction of booths, building materials and display space are left up to the exhibitor’s creativity with the exception that no blue tarps, as part of the display, are allowed. All building materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors are responsible for set-up, takedown and attending to their own booths. Booth set-up time is from 7AM-10AM Saturday, November 8 & Sunday, November 9, 2008. Booth tear-down is between 6PM & 9PM Sunday, November 9, 2008 (or end of last performance/not before). Exhibitors are limited to 2 persons per booth. Additional exhibitor/vendor passes must be purchased. Please call festival office to make arrangements in advance of event. EVENING VENUE PERFORMANCES Exhibitors with exhibitor/vendor passes will be allowed entrance to the evening shows at the Grand County High School Auditorium. Please do not try to attend the Star Hall evening venue as seats are extremely limited. Security will be provided Saturday night. However, exhibitors will not hold the Moab Folk Festival, Meldon Productions, LLC, the City of Moab, Grand County, the Festival Sponsors or their principles responsible for any and all liability or claims thereof as a result of participation in this event. This is including, but not limited to theft, damage, loss of product or display facilities, personal injury, strike or act of God. Weather is usually great this time of year. However, be prepared as sun, rain, snow and wind could happen! This event is RAIN or SHINE. We will not make refunds due to bad weather. For those not having a Utah State Tax License a temporary one will be issued at no cost. The tax rate in Moab is 7.75 %, the exhibitors are responsible for reporting sales from the show directly to the Utah State Tax Commission. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. However, filling out the attached application in no way guarantees space. Meldon Productions, LLC and the Moab Folk Festival reserve the right to refuse space to anyone we deem inappropriate for the festival. To assist us, please include photos or a basic description and background information about your product. Products that compete with Festival performers’ products or unauthorized, unofficial Moab Folk Festival merchandise are not allowed. No exceptions.
